Great tech. Horrible service intake process.
Mike does great work. The problem with Sear's service includes not keeping the original appointment, the tech driving by our house twice on the original day of service without stopping, the Sears service phone system is computerized and unless you answer the questions asked the computer system did connects the call. No ability to escalate your call to a human being is a problem. So the intake n scheduling system is bad, zero stars. Mike the service tech dies great work.

Michael did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem, ordering the part and then coming back to put it in. He knew exactly what he was doing and everything was done in a timely fashion. It didn't take that long for such a big part!
