Michael diagnosed my problem very quickly and efficiently

Michael was the second technician from Sears that looked at our refrigerator's ice maker. The first technician did nothing other than cleaning it out and said that was the problem. It did not take Michael long to figure out that the ice maker needs to be replaced.
