I have never had the type of experience that I had on Friday August 18th 2023 that I had with the technicians Asif and Francis! They are the most efficient, knowledgeable, and professional and courteous providers that I have ever interacted with! I am a service professional myself so I am also an expert when it comes to this line of work and they are the epitome of class. I can only hope that your company uses them to train others on how to do their jobs proficiently! Please give those gentlemen what they deserve in terms of salary and promotions. Thank you for their fantastic service and thorough meeting of my needs!

Our oven was purchased in 2005;; Sears did not have the part. I was advised for me to go on the hunt for the part. No luck at this time. I would gladly have Ivan back as a repair man!
