The BEST Sears Technician
My refrigerator started registering 51 degrees on July 4th. Three different technicians were sent out, but none of them could find anything wrong. They all said, "if you continue to have a problem call back to make another appointment." This went on and on until Cristian finally came out. He was the first technician who used gauges to measure the readings and he said we were running on fumes! That was on August 1st and then we had to wait for the parts he ordered to be delivered. My next appointment was 8/15 and another technician was scheduled to come out but he was a "no show." Three times that day my appointment time was changed and at 4:30 p.m. I received an e-mail saying my appointment was rescheduled for 8/21. Never once did I receive a phone call, just the e-mail so I called to request that only Cristian be sent out. He was here yesterday, and he finished the job. We were scheduled for 11:15 a.m. but when he saw we were still waiting for our fridge to be repaired he made our place his first stop! Cristian is extremely professional, and he is by far, your BEST service technician. He went above and beyond to make sure our problem was resolved. I hope he is recognized for his efforts!

So Pleased with Technician and Service
Monty was very knowledgeable. He shared every detail on what was wrong, he ordered parts needs, fixed the machine and made sure to test it with me to meet my satisfaction. I am very thankful he was my service tech and would recommend him and Sears Service again.

Mark didn't rush the appointment. Just didn't run the diagnostic and say it was fine. Took the time to investigate, found the problem and fixed it. Very satisfied with the service he provided!
