This was by far the worst experience with a repair company. Plz plz don't waste your time or money. You will get ripped off. I have to take the legal route to get my refund but I will not be made a fool of again. Absolute nonsense. Update: I called the number. They informed me I am not getting a refund. Story behind review: After making an appointment to get my fridge fixed , a tech showed up , diagnosed the issue. Ordered a part. $550.00. part and labor. No problem. Just fix it. Almost a month later a different tech showed up to put the part in. After 24 hours, fridge still didn't work. The tech who replaced the part came back and actually informed me that he knew that part wasn't bad but when he called the manager, he said just replace it and leave . The tech called his company and they told him I would get a refund since it would be another 45 days til they could come back out and another $430.00. definitely can not and will not wait and pay again. The tech felt awful I could tell. I called the company they informed me they put my refund through and would have it in 3 business days, after 5 I called and was informed they never processed a refund for me and I was not getting one. No one would talk to me or give me an answer for why. They just past me around to operators until I couldn't stand it anymore. Plz don't fall for this place. They took a trusted name like sears and rip people off. Awful

Don't be fooled, don't pay diagnostic fee. To change the small pump of my Samsung washer which is 20 mins work, gave me estimate of $436.00. Where pump cost is only $71. You can buy this new washer for $850. Just don't get fooled by there service. Whole time Tech was complaining and try to put generic parts. I still end up paying diagnostic fee of $119 even though I am not sure if that is the cause of the problem. CAREFUL!!

Techs were here 3 hours, constantly complained about the unit. Left this machine in the middle of the floor instead of putting it back in its place. UNIT STILL DOES NOT WORK!! Found a screw on the floor after they left, so now my unit is missing a screw somewhere. Left the old parts on my front porch for me to dispose of. And........ STILL DOES NOT WORK
