The second time was a charm
Efrain came and made everything right. He placed the parts that were left in the box by the first technician and made sure that all the screws were tighten and covered with the provided stoppers. He made sure the washer was put back in its proper place. The bonus was he came earlier than what was predicted. Thank you for your courteous service.
