Wonderful Experience
Chris did a great job. He was very thorough and took time to explain everything to me. He made sure I understood the problems my washing machine had. He also talked to me about getting a service plan and what all it would cover. This is my first time using A&E and I plan on using them again and recommending them. Thank you Chris!

Review of Sears work
This technician was great. He had to clean up the mess the prior technician left. You should have more responsible technicians as the one I had today. If you did I'd have had a working dishwasher 10 days ago! This is the second time AHS has sent Sears out for repairs and there has been a problem. This has no reflection on the technician today. He was great!
