Great service!
I have a whole home warranty so when I have an appliance go down I do t get to choose the service company. This is the first time I've had a Sear/A&E service tech assigned to my repair. Chris was awesome. He was very thorough and before he fixed the suspected issue he tested for a few simpler fixes first. Turns out it was the original problem. He got to work and fixed it. Then he tested the air flow and temperature and made sure they were correct. He made a few suggestions to keep it running well and then cleaned up after himself. My laundry room was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. He was an awesome tech and hope he is assigned to my claims in the future.

Came by to assess the error code. Ordered the correct parts for it. Returned and got the dryer back to a working state as quickly as possible. Strong recommend for future clients.

Very knowledgeable
Chris is a very knowledgeable individual and works efficiently. He is trustworthy and likable. We have personally had him at our house 3 times to fix appliances and he has worked with us to make sure thinks are working before he ever leaves the house. This time he even ran a flow test and temp test to make sure everything was working as needed for the dryer.

He was very polite and was concerned about my AC he checked my AC carefully and noticed my compressor was very hot and explained it would be to expensive to replace it after all the cost that would be involved he said I should hear from the company soon and I thanked him
