Very impressive
The "Warranty Company'' called two other Appliance Services before calling Sears. The techs from those two companies both said it would be a major repair job...one of those techs had the parts ordered but was not able to complete the repair. He said one of the bolts was broken and could not be fixed. Initially I was not happy that the warrenty company called in a third service provider,...Sears. But when the first tech from Sears arrived (I apologize but I don't remember his name) he seemed extremely confident that the issue could be resolved. He acted like it was not a major issue at all. He even did something to resolve the problem for the short term until the part arrived. When the part arrived Thomas came and installed it. It only took him about an hour and just like the first tech from Sears...he acted like it was not a tough repair. Both techs from Sears did an outstanding job...and i was very impressed with their abilities, communications, and the overall quality of their work. And the washer is quieter than when it was new. (Please pass this on to the first tech as well).
