Christopher was competent, efficient, and super nice. Unfortunately I can't say that for the people I had to go thru to get the service scheduled!!! They - for the most part - were less than helpful and I could barely understand their speech. I spent 45 minutes on the phone and talked to 8 different people to set up this appt. and found out it was not scheduled after all and had to call again on Monday - that person was knowledgeable and scheduled the repair for me. NO customer service I will never buy Kenmore products again!!!

Nice young man but lacking abilities to do repairs alone
My one year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator would not dispense water or make ice cubes after I changed the water filter with another Kenmore water filter. Service technician was a young man who lacked the strength to move my refrigerator alone and his "repair" techniques were questionable. I had to assist in moving my refrigerator, the service technician used a pair of pliers to strike my NEW Kenmore water filter repeatedly to try to clear any possible filter clog. He used a pair of side cutters to cut the plastic water lines instead of the Craftsman brand cutter that I provided him with. Was not customer service oriented and provided inaccurate service information to Sears about his work. I am still trying to get a refund on the fee that I had to pay despite having a "protection agreement" on the refrigerator - valid until June, 2025.
