very bad experience
Isaiah E came to the follow up appointment. Part were ordered by my initial tech Shane who diagnosed my microwave and ordered parts. Shane ordered magnetron, thermostat, fuse, and capacitor to be replaced. Isaiah came and decided to ignored Shane's diagnosis and said only fuse needs to be replaced. Even after I asked him multiple times he claimed other parts does not need to be replaced. Again, he only replaced fuse and send back the other parts. Couple weeks later microwave shorted sparks went and the entire microwave burnt. If Isiah would replace all ordered parts that would have never happed. Another tech came back to 4th follow up appointment said I will receive a replacement. I never did! Beware of this terrible appliance service as they will damage and leave you with high replacement bill.

Repair of refrigerator
The refrigerator is not properly secured or assembled correctly, the shelves cannot be secured to the back wall. Tech needs to return to assemble properly

Never did the work
Jorge was dispatched with incorrect information(we did not provide this information) DID NOT DO ANY WORK and closed the work ticket so the refrigerator still does not work and no one is being dispatched to fix it. All phone numbers and warranty calls end with no help.

Horrible experience
No explanation of the problem. Diagnosed a faulty panel. Ended up being a kink in the drain hose. Used Sears many times before. Haven't had this kind of experience before. Poor customer experience.

Technician Refused to take action to repair
The technician refused to believe that the ice maker does not properly make ice, because randomly - I had ice when he arrived. The maker makes and drops just 1 tray full. I have to then turn it off, and turn it back on to get 1 more tray. I want my icemaker FIXED. And, I do not want the same technician to arrive. He made me feel unheard, and disrespected.

Used electrical tape in a heat sensitive area to fix
Jamil attempted to fix the item with electrical tape on a heat sensitive area. When asked for a permanent fix, he refused to give us the supervisor information.
