Repair
He was able to give me diagnosis quickly but I wish your company would have advised me of the hourly labor charge. I certainly would not of had your company come out. So while Confessor was capable I'll never call Sears home services again. Don't appreciate all the up sales you push everyone to sell. I'm elderly snd in a fixed income. 419.00 an hour is robbery.

My service technician thoroughly inspected my air conditioner, took the time to offer helpful recommendations, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He was both professional and knowledgeable and made me feel valued as a Sears customer. He's great!

Gas Dryer Repair
Ibrahim was on time, friendly, and professional. He seemed knowledgeable about my gas dryer, what was causing my problem, and how to fix it. Ibrahim explained what he was going to do and how much it would cost. He went right to work and finished in an appropriate and fair amount of time. My only suggestion would be for Ibrahim to spend some time cleaning up when he was done with the repair. Oily fingerprints were on the Laundry Room wall as well as the washer and dryer and debris was left on the floor. Except for his lack of clean up, Ibrahim did a great job repairing my gas dryer.

This tech today 12/26 was wondering and so was the 2 nd one on 12/15. But the 1st one Ronald. That came on the 12/4th. Didn't complete the job. He fixes the fan but didn't clear the lines. Even after I told him I have been finding water on the floor. Then he realized he needed to order a part. Said he shouldn't have fixed the fan with out all the parts. Then pretended to order the part. But didn't being that no one received it. Had to wait another 10 days for the second visit just to order the part. That tech said why there was water on the floor but did nothing about it. Had to wait another 10 to get the part and fix the fridge and now my hardwood floor under and if front of the fridge is ruined. Could have been prevented if the first guy Ronald did his job correctly. I would never use this company again. You can't even get a live person to talk to on the phone. My home warranty had to give me Ronald's number when I called he was not happy and gave me another number that you can't get a live person and was angry for me calling him telling me that my warranty doesn't pay his check.

Fortunately it wasn't a big issue, Steven removed the back & the board was reset. Unfortunately there was also a gas leak that Steven was unable to fix.
