2nd REPAIR OF REOCCURRING DRYER ISSUE
This is the first time that Raul was our service technician, he was very professional. He called midafternoon asked questions about what was going on with the dryer and arrived within 30 minutes. He assed the problems and said he would be able to pick up the parts close by and complete the repair that same day. He returned within 25min. and had the dryer working soon after. He explained what was wrong and everything that he did. We have had a sears maintenance agreement for over 40 years and in the early years there were times when techs were able to complete a repair the same day as the initial visit. That has not been the case for a longtime, UNTIL TODAY!! We are very grateful to Raul and hope that we will be lucky enough to have him as a technician again if we are ever in need of washer/dryer repairs.

Washer Diagnostic Service
Mr. Christian was very patient with us as we are senior citizens in assisting us with the knowledge while our washer was being diagnosed .. He reminded that it was our final decision as to what we wanted to proceed with. He did explain all the function needs that may be considered before we made a final choice. . And he did offer Sears maintenance service just in case we were looking in that direction..
