Great tech!
Jeff was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I wish we could've had him the first time then we wouldn't have had to go through all the pain for over a month with no washer. Jeff knew exactly what he was doing immediately and knew our washer better than the previous tech who was here 3 times and didn't fix it. Thank God for Jeff! I now have a working washing machine.

Anthony was polite and took time to explain what he was doing. He asked questions about the washer and what it was doing when it stopped working. while doing this he was running diagnostics. He explained what had caused the problem while trying to locate the part that had failed. He said he could not get that part from the supplier anymore. I appreciated the honesty he displayed in trying to solve the problem. Your company should be looking for his type to represent the repair side.
