Review of Sears service man, Anthony
It was very pleasant to work with Anthony. He called about five minutes before he came, letting me know that he was on his way. During the service call, I had some questions about the different washing cycles on my machine, and he answered all my questions. He was very thorough and polite.

Oven Repair
Anthony was great. The igniter was shipped to me. He said to inspect the igniter when it came. When I opened the box, it appeared to be broken. I texted Anthony the picture and he confirmed it was damaged in transit. The controller also had to be replaced and it arrived intact. There was no need for him to come with the igniter damaged. He called me a day later saying he had an igniter that would work. He said he would message me when he was on his way and he did. Both items were installed. He vacuumed up the inside top of the stove and checked the wiring. Lower oven is now working and he checked to make sure all burners and top oven worked before he left. Anthony does a great job. The only to do better is the packaging of the igniters. I have had to have 2 replaced and each time the igniters sent to my house came damaged and unusable.
