AC part repairs
Arturo is a very informative, friendly, and customer service minded professional. He walked me through the repairs and answered all questions I had. He was able to resolve our AC issues in a timely manner despite their being a lot of work that needed to be done, he is very efficient with his time.

Excellent Tech, but the repair experience sucked eggs
My repair was scheduled for July 31 and was confirmed and reconfirmed in multiple texts and Emails. After being "imprisoned" at home all day because Sears does not commit to time frames, I received a phone call and Email in mid afternoon that my service call was rescheduled. I tried to call but there was no option to speak with a human, only to confirm or cancel. Since my wife was unhappy about the dryer not working, I confirmed, even though it meant canceling an important medical appointment August 1 morning. The doctor was unhappy with me. So, I was "imprisoned" at home a second day until Jerel called and advised he was running late but would eventually get here. He finally arrived in early evening, delaying our dinner, but quickly made the repair and did a nice job. But after Sears jerked me around, six days from Sunday; I could have kept my doctor's appointment if I had any idea about when, during the 8-5 period the Tech would arrive., I would think twice about calling Sears for service again.
