Washing machine repair estimate.
The lead technician and the tech in training were very pleasent and wasted no time in checking into the problem. Lead tech knew where the problem was very quickly, showed me what was wrong and explained it clearly. Unfortunatly for me, the repair cost exceeded what the cost of a new machine would be.

Expert Dishwasher Repair
The repair of my dishwasher was tricky. There were actually multiple problems. Peter and his co-worker, through expert trouble-shooting, identified each of the issues and completed the repair. I loved how I was kept in the know regarding the times of arrival through the Sears link I got in text messages, and via phone calls.
