Service techs called with appointment time and arrived within window provided. They were orofessional and quickly identified the problem and had parts on hand to fix it. I know! When does that ever happen? They were friendly and took time to explain repair which I always find helpful. If I had the power to choose my service techs I'd call them.

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable Steve provided excellent repair service. Throughout the day scheduled for my repair he kept me informed about his arrival time so I could, without worry , go about my normal day. During the repair process he kept me informed about the diagnosis and solution resulting in a functioning appliance. In these days of substandard work and service, it was a welcome change having a professional technician handling our repair.

Good Tech poor scheduling
He worked out just fine. It is your scheduling department that needs serious improvement. It is ridiculous to have to set an entire day aside 9 hrs. That is 9 hrs I could have been making money at my job instead of using a sick or vacation day.
