7-24-2023 repair visit.
Technician was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Problem I was experiencing would not reoccur when Technician arrived. He assured me he would look into it anyway and found two bad rollers. They were promptly replaced, and problem solved. I very much appreciate the tenacity of Jakob and his desire to solve my problem.

Freezer Repair
Excellent service. Repair completed quickly & effectively. Appliance is currently working again. Will check again in the morning to allow appliance to reach freezing temps and confirm that repair has been sustained. We thank Ibrahim for his prompt & professional repair! Ronald was really nice, informative, neat, no mess, quiet (I was working) and fixed the dishwasher really quickly. He was so nice I would have liked to have talked with him longer but I had to get back to work. Thanks for sending him. (I do not understand though why I couldn't schedule the new parts installation on a Saturday. That's not really great customer service to have to be available on a work day between the hours of 8 and 5 )
