Came out for some noise in fridge. Diagnosed problem quickly, provided solutions and was not pushy with what option i should pick. Encountered a minor hiccup but was prepared for the challenge and everything turned out great in the end. He did a wonderful job - highly recommend him and Sears Home Service.

Dryer repait
Hector was prompt, on time. I explained in generic terms, the noise the dryer was making. Hector began working immediately. Luckily Hector had the parts in his van required to fix the dryer! There was no need to wait for parts or set a 2nd appointment! I was well pleased!
