Awesome guy !! Did an awesome job,thanks much n on time....... But wish the person that took my call would get it right, said my four appliance would be checked Out All at the same time. But the warranty person had only two appliance to be checked on the paper work ,,!!! WHY ? And I had 20 emails.. WHY ??? JoAnn

Steve did a good job of repairing my fridge once the parts were delivered. However the three weeks wait time for a return visit is completely unnecessary. A parts store here in town probably had the parts but he can not get them there due to co. Policy. Stupid rule!! We could have had my fridge up and running in a week instead of the three weeks it finally took. Not a good way to operate in my Opinion. We have had the sears repair agreement for over forty years and in years past the technicians were able to use local parts stores to get the job done that day. The service techs all do a good job but are shackled by dumb rules. Also Steve said he only comes to this area once a week on Thursdays. I had the parts 5 days after his first visit and tried to get an earlier visit but could not talk to anyone except the chat person/robot who promised me to try to get an earlier date and would get back to me. Never heard from anyone again. I’m not a very happy with the way you folks do business anymore.

I love Gordon, who works on my general electric wash machine. But this last time he said there’s nothing wrong and yet I know there is when it shifts years from Washington draining to spinning to rinsing. It’s still making a grinding noise that should not be there and was not there. And he says nothing wrong but something is wrong.

I was unable to make the appointment with the service tech, but my wife was home and from her account she relayed to me that he was less than professional and very rude while speaking with her. So in short I will not be using this service in the near future.
