Tech was friendly and nice and fixed the problem but in the process he chipped my floor, and was very rough with the appliance, he didn't put it fully back into the sitting for it and said my husband could put it back together, he didn't dispose of the old parts but put a box of trash in my outside garbage can.

Screw found on floor after repair completed.
I found a screw on the floor under the edge of my refrigerator by the wheel when I was cleaning up where the water leak was on my floor. Not sure if all the screws are where they need to be so no more problems with water leak happen, no water on the floor I have noticed yet. I hope all is good this time, this is the second time for same problem; first time was in June, then water on floor again in July.

dishwasher
Steve ordered brackets several weeks ago which never arrived. So last appointment was cancelled & rescheduled for today. I went to an appliance store locally & purchased the brackets for my model of dishwasher so the repair would not be delayed longer. Steven put the brackets on shut the dishwasher door & said their it is fixed. After he left I opened the door to load the dishwasher & the door made a terrible noise and shifted when I opened and shut the door. This wasn't a problem until he put the brackets on the dishwasher. So I now scheduled another app so it can work correctly. I am hoping this will be the last appointment I need to make & it will be fixed for the last time.

Wasn't the best experience
Gordon seemed nice at first. Didn't receive a call prior to arrival and the map didn't work showing he was coming and the estimated arrival time was off by a half hour or so. Apologized and let him know that's why I was late and he said basically said he hates the tracker and people have no business knowing where he is and shared some horror stories about with other customers regarding it. He didn't speak very highly of the ordering process of the parts. He started the machine and it ran quiet as it always does at the start. He then replaced said parts and tested others to make sure they were good. Replaced an additional one that could be causing the problem. Put the machine back together and then started it and now it has a new noise. Said he was all done. When pressed about this new noise he said we'll it'll either go away or get better... when pressed further he said give it a week and see what happens which I am willing to. It felt like the new noise was annoying to him as his demener seemed to change at some point and he wasn't willing to let me know that it was causing a new noise. He seemed to get aggetated that I wasn't happy that it made this new noise and his opinion is if it drys clothes then it's fine. I will trust him and give it a week but at this point seems like another visit will be required. The other guy we have had seems to be much more polite and kind about the whole process. Did the work didn't break anything but there a new issue and overall wasn't impressed. We will see if the original sound is gone if we can hear it over the new one.

First off, no one ever showed up. You said you don't work on built in refridgerators. It is not built in. You have worked on it twice before.

Unhappy customer
He walked in & said he could not work on it! Very poor communication!! How about a thing called "Customer Service" If you had some Quality Control in place, I wouldn't need a repairman. This is a brand new fridge, a very expensive fridge!!
