Dishwasher
After three solid attempts the dishwasher still does not work and atleast three technicians are baffled. i don't know the next step except to hand wash dishes.

Gordon is outstanding
He drove a considerable distance to inspect our laundry center. He was quick, competent, and down to earth. Great communicator. Diagnosed our issue, gave us options, shared some insights from his lengthy experience. I recommend him highly. Good man.

good tech bad company
Gordon did a good job! however Sears is horrible to deal with. took 2 months to get it fixed. they have no tracking of parts themselves you have to track the parts for them. I had a party in Illinois for 30 days just sitting there had to try and get through there horrible robot chat. let's just say I will NEVER use them again and my hope is nobody does. they send wrong.parts on top of it.
