Mark showed up right when he said he would, worked quickly and quietly, and finished fixing my washer within a couple of hours. Cleaned up before he left and was in a good mood. Hopefully we don't need it, but if we did, I'd have him back again to work on our appliances. Thanks!

Dryer Repair
The Dryer service technician is going to change out all of the sensors as he thinks, I think from the factory, they were adjusted a bit tight, so they one of them at least goes off every time we use the dryer.

Oven repair
Rhyen wad very knowledgeable and was able to calibrate the new oven sensors that were installed by another repair company. He spent at least two hours making sure I was satisfied with the oven temperatures. Well done!!

Kenmore Refrigerator Repair
Rhyen arrived promptly and worked hard to fix our refrigerator. He was knowledgeable and knew where to start. It took some time, but I believe our refrigerator is working well now. He was professional and considerate.

We had a different company out 4 times trying to get the ice maker working. Jake was through, found a couple issues and was able to fix them on the spot. Wish he and Sears were the first one we called! Great Job. Very personable. Professional.
