Great Service
This is the 2nd time I had the privilege to work with Eric. Eric takes the time to call me before arrival and asks me about the issues I was having and actually listens to me. Eric goes above and beyond to make sure I understand all that was going on and what was needed for the first repair even though the second was catastrophic for the washing machine. I highly recommend Eric for repairs as he is knowledgeable, honest, and informative. Thank you Eric for all you did!!!

Eric is a very knowledgeable person at his job. Explained some possibilities on my washer was leaking water. He examined the washer, and did some cleaning. He cleaned the washer very good and said it was now in top shape. I am happy with his work. He's a very friendly person.
