Technician was great. I would highly recommend him. Only complaint is the communication skills the service department has with customers needs some work. They need to be more personable instead of relying on texts. We had to wait an extra week just because the delivery of a part was not updated when a phone call could have been done before canceling the work order.

The service technician was good. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired… Your on hold for over an hour sometimes. Then they hang up on you after repeating your information at least twice and then you still don’t get to talk to a live person. If you’re lucky enough to get a person you can’t understand them and they can’t understand you. It has taken 4 work orders and since January 5, 2024 until today March 20,2024 to get our Range fixed. I’m very disappointed with these companies, Sears, Cinch and A&E .

Hi. For some reason this location is labled as a Sears repair store. That is Not Correct. This building was previouly a Shopko that closed down when Shopco was forced to file for bankruptcy. And before that it was a thriving Kmart back in the 80,s. The only place that had a thrving Sears store was in Clarinda, Iowa. Again when Kmart/Sears was finaly forcedto close All stores Clarinda lost a great store despite doing a good business. It is this authors personal opinion they could still be around today. So sadly, I dont have a reveiw for a empty store.on the other hand, this biilding is nice with a large paking lot. I have attempted to contact google maps. Hopefully they will get this resolved. Thank you for taking time to read this. Just to cover my ass, I did not receive any cash payment or any merchandise to influince my reveiw(s). Any its not like I havent tried to close the deal with entities with "significant influense." Oh come on, would it realy kill you to send me a few packs of plain chocolates now and then? (No Peanut Flavored! I am not allergic. I just have the personal opinion the nuts and chocolates should remain seperate. And I am not trying to be a sellout. (I gave up along time ago.) It just that it is really nice to have a sugar buzz while I am typing this. Come on, can any creative producers relate to this,? Come on, just a little harmless sugar buzz.
