Drew is a great repair guy. He understands the customers needs and helps the customer as much as he can, unfortunately the SEARS company has many issues with repairs and meeting timely needs. SEARS is a terrible company to deal with for any appliance repairs or issues but Drew is amazing!!!

Walt is everything you could ask for in an appliance service specialist. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional in his service call. I can't express enough on how knowledgeable he is. Walt is kind and respectful of property, taking extra measures in assuring that no damage occurs during his service call. He completed his call and timely manner.
