Walter was good, nice, and easy to get along with. He very accurately diagnosed that my waterline had extremely low flow, and was a likely cause of my refrigerator's lack of dispensing water. However, there is a problem. I have now installed a tee valve on my water pipe to replace the saddle valve. Water flow to the refrigerator now is very strong, but it still doesn't dispense water. I'm now wondering if it could be a wire harness or controller that's bad. I could use some more advice, I think.
