Long drawn out process
This is not just reviewing this particular technician, rather the entire experience spread out over two techs. The first tech took a stab in the dark at what the issue was without even being here and sent two parts to the house. 2 weeks after the issue was reported the first tech shows up and discovers the issue was with neither part initially ordered. He informed us he would need to order a new part and come back out....in another 2 weeks. Second tech was supposed to be here on a Monday and randomly changes the appointment to the following day after rearranging our schedule to ensure someone was here. He then shows up and installs all 3 parts. Dryer now fortunately is back working a month later but this is the most inefficient process I have ever seen. Something tells me this is pretty standard since there is absolutely no way to directly contact anyone at this company to discuss. I had to reach out to GE directly who then somehow was able to get in touch with a technician. If I wasn't handcuffed to use this company based on the warranty I would not enlist the services of this company again.

He did not shut off the water to the washing machine before starting the repair and when he took the hoses off of the back of the washer water was gushing out filling two large containers before I turned the water off. Seems like a pretty basic procedure that wasn't followed. Complained about having to do the job.

If I could give zero stars I would
My oven is still not working after the technician was just here and has closed the ticket. Trying to get rescheduled has been a mess. I have been told I have to wait 2 more weeks to get a technician back our to rediagnose the issue.
