The system made me give 1 star , but honestly I'd give 0 stars due to the technician coming out to my home 3 separate times in 3 months and my washing machine is still broken! He was nice enough , but seemingly incompetent due to not being able to fix the problem. Parts were ordered multiple times and every time it seemed like they were the wrong parts because they didn't work. The fact that my washing machine has been out-of-service since the end of July and your "specialist" hasn't been able to fix it at all doesn't bode well for SEARS. A new technician should've been assigned or a replacement washer should have been offered. A long-lasting, horrible experience that I hope no one else has to endure.

Repairman was here this morning to repair washer. Put a load in as soon as he left. Machine didn't spin out. Still have a washer with wet clothes in it.

Disappointed

Phuoc was not helpful at all, unlike Eric who has helped me in the past. Phouc was frustrated the minute I opened my front door and commenting that the machine he was there to fix should just be replaced. He commented about how busy he was on Friday's and how this was a two man job that would take more than 3 hours. Phouc then stepped out to discuss this with his boss and next thing I know, he drove away with no communication. Phouc did not attempt to fix my machine that has been broken for more than a month and if he would have taken 5 minutes to even look at the situation, he would have discovered that the machine was not fixable and needed to be replaced. I now had to wait another week for Eric to arrive and make that determination. It's not on the customer if you are having a bad day or your coworker called in. Communication is very important and compassion that my interaction with Phouc lacked from start to finish.

Insulting and still dirty

This Tech didn't clean much and insulted me by saying "it must be nice being a woman in America" on his way out. I took a day off of work to have my washer and dryer cleaned thoroughly. He left mold and soap scum all over. When asked about why it wasn't cleaned, he proceeded to tell me how to clean it myself. It wasn't overly dirty to start with. I reported this and will not be using this service ever again.

Service Tech Called But Couldn't Make It

We waited over a month for our first appointment and blocked out the day. It got rescheduled the day of. Today a week later we blocked the day again, Clayton called and said he was too far away when our dishwasher repair service call got dumped on him and that he had others to take care of who needed refrigerators fixed. We are not going to schedule again and we plan to call GE back directly. We even bought an extended warranty, not sure why if we can never get any service! We don't blame Clayton, it's not his fault that the scheduling system is flawed.

I will never allow Sears to work on appliances in my home. I canceled their repair on our microwave and their technician forged my signature on a repair receipt.
