Sears Home Service for refrigerator
He was professional and explained things to us. The only thing I didn't like is he along with 2 other phone calls all want me to sign up for your monthly maintenance deal. You must give big commissions on this.

Kenneth was very professional and answered all my question. He did a thorough inspection and found the problem right away. He explain the process I would need to go through to find out if they will replace my unit since it's old and parts are not made. He made me feel like there is a plan and although it will take time, there will be a solution .

Nagamine repair
knowledgeable and personable however the newly installed ice maker isn't working and freezer not working at 100%. after waiting 24 hours. Don't know how I can speak to someone in person
