Repair of washer
After two years of telling repair the washer was leaking and being told not seeing any leaks in half an hour, I demanded to get get a new washer. Told them not to send the same guy. Another guy came and said the I had to get a plumber to flush the drain. Did that & was told nothing blocking drain. Finally a new guy found the leak and ordered the part. Taylor came and changed the part yesterday. Crossing my fingers no further leaks!

Repair dryer
Mikala R. Is by far the best Sears Home Service technician that has helped me. I had a dryer go out and Mikala came as soon as he could, ordered the parts, and completed repairs today.
