Washer Issue
Chad is the best! Fixed the problem with my washer so quickly. Helped me with the 'clean washer' cycle. I hope my washer doesn't break again but if it does, I hope Chad comes to fix it.

Maintenance of Samsung dryer
I tried to communicate via our phone conversation to cancel the maintenance check for the dryer due to the fact that the maintenance that was done the week before was also done for the dryer. I was not able to do so which ended up in the service rep Kaiku coming today. There needs to be better communication between the call center and the repair reps, or this will be reoccurring which results in a lot of wasted time and resources for all parties.
