Maintenance Service
Chad is awesome and knows his job. He discovered a major installation problem with our gas dryer that was installed 2-years ago. He followed up with Sears service center to solve this problem and hopefully the service center will get back to us asap because we can no longer use our gas dryer.

Efficient, Friendly Technician Service
Technician Norman arrived and quickly started to work on our icemaker. He determined the issue and took action to resolve the problem in minimal time. As long-time Master Protection Agreement customers, we understand the need to change to the Sears Protect Plan. However, I found it necessary to call Home Services as attempts to schedule appointments on Sear Home Hub did not work for us. Fortunately, friendly associates were able to schedule our service appointments. Much needs to be done to improve the Sears Protect online processes!

Donald's Service was Exemplary
We've used Sears Master Protection Agreements for all our major home appliances since 1971. Donald's annual maintenance service was the best we've had. Kudo's to Donald and to Sears for hiring technicians like Donald.
