He worked very hard on trying to fix my fridge that should've had a better part to fix my fridge. But he was awesome and did everything he could to fix my fridge. Very knowledgeable. He and Lani did a great job at explaining things for the fridge. Very appreciative for their hardworking especially Richard for getting the cover on fridge. I think it was always the awesome workers that makes us love sears and makes us miss their stores, too. Mahalo Richard!
