A very knowledgeable technician!
Lani is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and very friendly. She explains what the problem is and takes the time to answer questions. She draws from her many years of experience to diagnose and repair the appliance. You can tell Lani really cares about her customers and understands how stressful it is to be without (in our case) a working refrigerator. My family and I can't thank her enough for all of her help. Despite of long wait for the day for myself and he had a long list of service customer for the day. He arrive almost at 5 pm. My washer ended up not repairable because of the old model that require to order parts, etc. He explained the situation clear and when I asked questions he gave me answers that useful. I really appreciate his assistance even though the out come for me was not desirable as my washer didn't get fixed.

Jon was great, best technician yet- knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. But most appreciated was his follow up and follow through because repair required parts research and additional ordering/ delivery to complete repair. His direct communication was especially appreciated because calling 800 Sears phone oftentimes resulted in being on hold or being transferred to different people, etc.
