Almost Excellent Service
Chad was great however, it is frustrating to not have available parts locally, that the part must be ordered, and it takes 7-10 days to get it. Isn't there a faster way? I understand the difficulty in stocking parts but 7 - 10 days to get it is ridiculous in this day and age.

Top Service Provided by Lance
Lance is the best service technician we've had during the past 52 years we've had the Sears Protection Plan on all our Sears and other home appliances that were no longer available from Sears such as our over 60" LG Television. SEARS is always number one for my wife and myself because of the excellent service SEARS provide by outstanding service persons like Lance. He's great and number one for us.

Kaiku deserves a raise or a bonus! Our experience with Sears was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Seriously unprofessional and they should be ashamed of themselves for charging people for their poor quality in how they conduct business. However, we are lucky to have been able to have gained Kaiku's attention. After 2 months of missed appointments and reschedules, ALL due to the unprofessional treatment from Sears, Kaiku came to our residence on his own accord to help us. He arrived during the time frame, was fast and efficient and was overall pleasant to work with. Give this man a raise and a bonus check!
