Long wait but good service.
I had to wait all day until Jeremiah got to my home at 4:45pm but I understand that some jobs may be unexpectedly difficult to rectify. Someone called around 2:45 to explain Jeremiah's delay & ask if I still wanted to wait or reschedule. When Jeremiah finally got to my home he was polite & pleasant and took the time to be kind to my dog.
