Jeremiah is super A-1+++
He diligently worked past 8 pm on his first visit to install a new part. He noticed that the washer door seemed to be missing two screws. And the door still would not close properly. So he did some research, and came back a week later with some extra screws. He took it all apart, installed the missing screws, and voila!!! He solved the problem that could not be solved for five months and three previous visits.

Taylor S. provides excellent service!! Always informs me of the problem and explains what needs to be done. If needed, he explains how long it would take to order and receive parts if he doesn't have them. Taylor is a very polite and conscientious Technician!
