Junny is an Ace!
Junny reviewed my freezer door gasket problem and corrected it. He explained why my Door Ajar alarm was repeatedly beeping when nothing was really wrong. He gave me advice on how to store my groceries in the freezer to ensure good air circulation, and showed me how to correct my gasket when I closed the door if the gasket problem ever recurred. I didn't expect him to fix everything at that visit. I'm very pleased.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Andrew arrived well within the scheduled time frame, called in advance and diagnosed the problem. He had the parts with him, gave me an estimate (which was very reasonable), and fixed the problem in less than 1/2 an hour. He then did a second diagnostic test to confirm the problem was corrected, showed me the parts and what was wrong, and cleaned up before he left. Overall, an excellent experience!
