Professional service
Completed the repair promptly and left the kitchen clean. Only issue was the Sears tracking system for the parts and making follow up appointments. Three prior appointments were made once the parts arrived but no service technician showed up. Used the chat service to finally get this appointment/service.

Lani knew exactly what the problem was as soon as she saw my fridge. She cleared out the ice, uncovered the fan Then she assessed that the gasket around the door was torn And letting warm air get into the fridge causing water to accumulate. She ordered the part and arranged for Tony To pick it up and replace the old gasket.
