Not only was Norman prompt and considerate while repairing our ice maker, he went the extra mile to review another issue with our refrigerator. He took the time to check on the availability of the part, drove to Waipio to pick it up and drove back to Kailua to install it. He also patiently held on the phone to connect me with the warranty area so I could consolidate my Master Protection plans for 3 of my major appliances. It is quite rare to get this kind of service nowadays!
