help with the repair/replacement warranty that was not showing on the work order. did not advise doing online appointments but call the service department directly to schedule repairs. got both items fixed and now I'm a satisfied customer. he said the newer system is causing more problems of not finding customer extended warranties and stuck paying with the entire bill. also helpful tips to prevent more frequent repairs. thanks chad.
