Carl provided excellent and exceptional service. He was punctual, courteous, kind and respectful when he came to my home to check on my freezer. He diagnosed what was wrong with freezer and it was not repairable. Carl advised me that will be in communication with the next steps of my claim. Carl called the next day to advise that insurance company will contact me with compensation plan.
