Leaking washing machine
Randall did a thorough diagnostic of the problem. The problem was a leaking pipe exterior to the machine. The machine is fine. Now I have to get a plumber to fix the leak. I appreciate his skill at locating the problem.

Samsung Fridge
Aloha Sears, Brian did excellent, replaced the circuit board and was very professional. Can't say the same for Sears, if you look back on how many times we've had to deal with the fridge issue and nothing gets resolved is a shame. The ice machine still does not work, the front face instrument panel is already breaking down again and I'm afraid to put anything in my freezer because the temperature keeps fluctuating. So what are you gonna do, Sears?!!
