Not fixed
The repair we called for was not corrected. The refrigerator has a water leak in the middle drawer still has water in it.

Randall is so knowledgeable, I feel as if he can fix and do things with his eyes closed. He came in today to take care of my washing machine. He has worked on many of our appliances and is always able to troubleshoot and fix things quickly. Thank you!

Good service fixing dishwasher door
Carl was great, he was able to replace the leaking door on our Samsung dishwasher with a new part and made good recommendations for best practices, and had good tips for common problems with these types of appliances.
