long wait
Eric the technician trouble shot the problem and fixed it. My issue is with A&E, Sears Home Services. Though my cooktop was under warranty, I had to wait on HOLD for 90 minutes before a person spoke with me to make an appointment. Then the long wait time ... appointments scheduled between 8 and 5. Eric is excellent. However, A&E/ Sears Home Services provides terrible customer service.

Washer
It took too long for parts & 3 trips to complete this repair. We has no washer for many weeks. Wrong parts were also sent at one time. This could have been better. Technition was great & did his best.

Replace parts on gas range
I was shocked that he was using my wooden cutting for a cushion under his knee and he told me that the customers usually provide a cushion. I gave him a cushion and told him to use it on future jobs. I had to loan him a wrench because he did not have the proper size.

Maytag washing machine repair
Thanks for your time Eric. However my washing machine is still not fixed and is in need of repair. The drum continues to have the same loud banging sound which is slowing down the wash.

Would not want him for my doctor. Not thorough.
There were not any live roaches only dead ones. That's not the problem. The right burner that has not been working has been coming on at odd times. I was not satisfied with the repairman. Please do not send him back again. Last year he worked on my washer and said that he ordered the parts and never came back. This year I called about the washer repair and Randal came out and ordered the right parts and fixed it. I want Randal to always fix my appliances. Do not send Eric to my house. And I would like a 2nd opinion on my range. Mahalo
