Store Repair
Eric did a great & fast job fixing our burner that was broken. Offered to change dishwasher part that came earlier & my husband was suppose to change. Eric offered to install but when he opened the part it was the wrong part that was sent.

Microwave Repair.
It took over 3 1/2 months to finally repair my microwave. How can you have the word "Service" in your title when it makes glaciers look like NASCARS? This is the third service on my microwave. A new one would have been cheaper, particularly since you couldn't find a transformer in stock. In the previous repair your shipping department sent three sets of the parts required. You guys don't even know what has been done.

DEAD SAMSUNG FRIDGE after 14 months
Tecnician very knowledgeable and professional, great personality. The waiting time to get service is too long. 5 days without a fridge so far. How much longer for the repair…. Would you survive in Hawaii????
