Proper Repair
Gary was very thorough in diagnosing the problem with the washer. The problem was leftover from a previous Sears' maintenance contract (2020-2022) when the technician did not have the time to properly calibrate the installed part. If he had taken the time to finish his job and diagnose the same problem that Gary found this service would not have been necessary and could have been avoided. My compliments to Gary.

Job well done by technician Travis. Wasn't too happy with the 1st technician that came to inspect the dryer. But I'm glad he's able to order the right parts.

How embarrassing lol
My dryer stopped getting hot. Everything else worked fine but the clothes didn't get dry. Turns out someone accidentally pressed the power saver button. Ugg. Super nice guy. Very courteous.

Albert did a very good job in identifying the problem, ordering the proper part and did a quick, accurate install compared to the initial tech who mis diagnosed the problem therefore ordered the wrong part; consequently we waited almost a month for our washer to be repaired.
