Eric was extremely timely in letting us know his estimated arrival time - a first for us! He is extremely knowledgeable and adept with troubleshooting as well as providing an estimate to repair our dryer. He led us to see the value in purchasing the total home package, then had us pay for it electronically with total ease, along with the repairs for today. He was very warm and easy to talk to. We appreciated his service very much, even if the dryer could not be repaired today. He ordered the necessary parts and scheduled another visit after the parts are delivered to our home within the next 2 weeks.
