Dryer was running, but air wasn't hot.
Our technician, Albert G., was very efficient, proficient and professional in fixing problem. Our dryer was running with pretty cold air, and not drying our clothes. The technician had no problem detecting what the problem was, and fixed it, and it now produces hot heat that is now drying our clothes. We are extremely happy with this technician's knowledge and expertise. Thank you for having such a great technician available in your Sears Home Appliance Warranty!

Kevin diagnosed my freezer problem. He knew immediately what was causing the wrong and fixed it. He is highly knowledgeable, professional fast and courteous. You can't ask for a better service tech representing Sears!

Awesome job guys
I was pleased to get an appointment in a timely fashion. The technician was polite, positive and professional and had a great sense of humor. He had the part on his truck and fixed the dryer quickly. He had a good rapport with his trainee as well.
