Travis was on time, checked in with us regularly while he was on his way and when he made the repair, he was very professional. Our dishwasher works great again! We have another repair scheduled (oven) and the part that was delivered was damaged. Travis made arrangements to his schedule so that he will arrive to repair the electric range and he reordered the damaged part. This will prevent us from delaying the repair while we wait for another replacement part. Mahalo Travis!

Travis gives excellent service. He knows what he is doing. Also he answered my phone calls right away. I appreciated this since I could only get a recorded message from Sears. The service from Travis was 5 stars but I can't say the same for Sears!
